Champagne DÉHU
Rosé
Its surprising coppery and velvety rose-orange will arouse your desire.
In mouth, it is an explosion of crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, and fresh mango.
It is wide in mouth, and surprisingly smooth and fresh. It takes body when warming, and its aromas turn to pear and quince.
Vintage Léon Lhermitte
This really full-bodied Champagne deserves being served around 10°C.
At this temperature it will reveal its aromatic range, varying between citrus fruit, vanilla, dry apricot, sloe, mead, or also fir-honey.
It is quite subtle and, when aired, spreads bouquets of rose-petals, jasmine, sweet almond and date.
Tradition Brut
The “brut” vintage will easily conquer you, thanks to its thin bubble and its discrete color.
It will then surprise your nose, revealing its real full-bodied and smooth character, tinged with exotic hints such as pineapple, papaya, mango and orange blossom.
You will feel this exotic peculiarity in mouth, enriched with yellow plum.
Then, when aerated, you will discover wild strawberry, blackcurrant, and even blueberry.
Millésime 1998
Its yellow and amber colour allows glints of pale gold.
Its central bubble shapes into a superb rosary.
A deep and gourmand nose allows us to guess aromas of plum and liquorice, which, when in mouth, then turn into chanterelle, underwood, hazelnut, cepe, and even truffle.
Grande Réserve Brut
A very beautiful foam, then replaced by a thin and persistent bubble.
A great intense nose of jasmine flower reminds us of white peach and Solliès fig.
It is clear and brilliant, with pale green glints, gives off a nice freshness in mouth, evolving between grapefruit peel, rose petal, sweet almond, and hazelnut.
